The EcoCAR has been well received by the majority of the student body, or ignored as one of those teams that you thought about joining but you did not have the time for. But it is not all sunshine and roses for everybody. The new group has taken resources from the current setup of the student design teams.

The campus of Missouri S&T has several opportunities to gain hands-on experience via student design teams, but there is only one that incorporates saving the environment while maintaining the American pace of life.
