Rolla’s City Wide Clean-Up PDF Print E-mail

This Saturday, October 4th, is Rolla’s annual clean-up day where the city will pick up nearly anything you put by the curb free of charge. This includes the old moldy couch you hate, the television you broke last spring, or the previous owner’s old mattress. There are a few exceptions to this including appliances, water heaters, yard waste, tires, and construction debris. Trash should be neatly placed by the curb. For example, don’t have lots of beer cans near the curb lying on the grass and expect them to be cleaned up; instead, put small items of trash in a trash bag. In order for trash to be collected, it needs to be placed outside by the curb by 4am October 4th. This is a great time to do some fall cleaning!
