I am going to mention a disclaimer: all of the movies I review I also enjoy.  Therefore I am not going to rate them on a number or star scale because they would all be 8’s, 9’s, or 10’s.

Bottle Rocket, a Wes Anderson film, is amazing.  I would leave it at this, but I don’t think that review would persuade people to watch it.  Written by Wes Anderson and Owen Wilson, this tells the story of a criminal trio that’s just getting started.  The film starts as Anthony Adams (Luke Wilson) is breaking out of rehab.  His friend Dignan (Owen Wilson) convinces Anthony to start a life of crime with a very rigorous ten year plan.  From that point the duo becomes a trio, as another friend is hired as a getaway driver. They start committing crimes, going into hiding, falling in love, and planning the big heist of a meat processing facility.
If you enjoyed any other Anderson movies (The Life Aquatic, Rushmore, The Royal Tanenbaums), you will also enjoy this one. The story line isn’t the greatest, but Anderson makes this a great movie by using his wit.
